This is a Bruer cold brew coffee maker. I bought it when I was into making coffee, but I'm selling it because I only used it about 5 times and then stopped. There is some water scale remaining on the blue silicone part, but it is clean overall and has no odor. However, please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. (All remaining paper filters will be included.) [Materials] Product Name: Heat-resistant glass utensil Usage: For microwave ovens Heat-resistant temperature difference: 120℃ [Size] Main unit size: 12.7x26.5cm Gift box size: 17.8x32cm Official Reference [ Bruer ] Founded in California in 2014, Bruer is a brand of cold brew coffee drippers characterized by its stylish design. Gabe and Andy, who studied product design and loved coffee, With the desire to easily enjoy delicious slow-drip iced coffee at home, they conducted design and research, and in 2014, they announced their idea through the American crowdfunding site Kickstarter. They received more than 3,000 orders, exceeding expectations, and brought the product to market. Simply set the coffee and water, and then wait. You can easily enjoy delicious cold brew coffee (iced coffee made with cold water) at home, just like at a specialty shop, by preparing it the night before or before going out. A coffee maker that makes it easy to create slow-drip iced coffee. Because less caffeine and tannins are extracted, the acidity, bitterness, and astringency are suppressed, resulting in a mellow, clear taste and rich aroma. This is a method that has been used for a long time in authentic Japanese coffee shops using dedicated commercial drippers. Slow-drip, which slowly extracts the rich nutty and chocolate-like flavors inherent in coffee beans, has been gaining attention in Europe and America in recent years. It's also a hot topic that different aromas spread depending on whether you use hot or iced brewing, even with the same coffee beans. Furthermore, since oxidation is also suppressed, unlike hot coffee, cold brew coffee made with slow-drip can be deliciously stored in the refrigerator for over a week. Thank you for looking.
